The five level mixed use development was designed to become a focal point where the public and private would seamlessly connect. The ground plane allowed for the two opposing spaces to intersect and cater for a more positive and vibrant space that would also host a number of commercial spaces and cafes. The concept also proposed a finely-detailed pavilion structure that would extend out to the corners attracting more visitors to the cafe, restaurants tennants located on the ground floor.
