The 'living stream' is the name we have given to the water treatment train that runs through the site. It is our green infrastructure that acts to clean the water captured from the hard surfaces of the concept, existing buildings, paving and carpark.

Composed of a number of moments where people can interact with the landscape. These also correspond to moments in the journey of stormwater - or river water - being cleaned by the living stream itself. The location of cafe option 2 is sited in the heart of the stream promoting a strong connection between community and thier surroundings. Parents can take their coffee out to one of the seating elements to watch their kids play, or them down to the boardwalk to learn about the native flora and fauna of the area.
