Functional Design and Layout:

Comprising two levels over a basement garage, the residence features three bedrooms with an additional multi-use room that can easily convert into a study or fourth bedroom. With two bathrooms and a powder room, the layout prioritises functionality and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of its occupants.

Integration with the Environment:

Perched on a sloping site, the Mary Street Residence offers captivating panoramic views of Perth's skyline from its rear terrace, complemented by a pool for relaxation. The architectural design seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, presenting a modern yet respectful presence to both Mary Street and the rear laneway.
